Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a registration fee?
No. There is no cost for employers to participate in CSI Career Fairs.
Can multiple representatives attend?
Yes! We encourage multiple representatives from your organization to attend. While registration includes one employer booth, additional representatives are welcome to help engage with students. If special accommodations (such as electrical access or other booth needs) are available, they will be outlined during event registration.
Can we conduct interviews?

Absolutely. Many employers use the career fair to identify qualified candidates and schedule or conduct interviews. If you plan to interview on-site, please indicate your needs during registration so we can accommodate your request when possible.

Can we recruit interns?

Yes! Career fairs are a great place to connect with students seeking internships as well as part-time, full-time, seasonal, and apprenticeship opportunities.

For internship opportunities, we encourage employers to partner with our Work-Based Learning team to help ensure internships provide students with meaningful, career-related experiences while meeting employer needs.

What does registration include?
Registration typically includes one employer table and chairs. Additional event amenities and accommodations—such as refreshments, electrical access, or other event-specific details—will be provided with each event's registration information.
What if we aren't currently hiring?
You're still welcome to participate! Many employers attend to build brand awareness, network with students, and develop relationships with future talent before positions become available.
