Job Description and Requirements
Gem State Staffing is now hiring a full-time Service Technician in Twin Falls, Idaho. This position is ideal for individuals with plumbing and/or electrical experience who are looking for a stable, Monday–Friday schedule and consistent work. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, servicing, and maintaining water softeners while delivering professional, high-quality service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and service residential and commercial water softener systems
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Work independently with minimal supervision
Maintain a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Accurately document service work when required

Qualifications
- Plumbing and/or electrical experience required
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Professional demeanor and clean-cut appearance
- Must wear clean work-appropriate clothing
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Must submit a resume and complete an in-person interview
- Able to pass pre-employment screening and background checks
