Job Description and Requirements
-Operating and monitoring the DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) system
-Starting up and shutting down wastewater treatment equipment
-Performing basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
-Completing daily logs and operational documentation
-Unloading wastewater byproducts onto trucks
-Monitoring chemical systems and switching chemical totes as needed
-Assisting plant maintenance teams with secondary maintenance tasks
-Ensuring safe and efficient wastewater treatment operations
-Maintaining cleanliness and compliance within the processing facility
-Starting up and shutting down wastewater treatment equipment
-Performing basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting

Qualifications
-Mechanically inclined or previous maintenance experience preferred
-Previous food manufacturing, dairy processing, wastewater treatment, or industrial labor experience is a plus
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
-Able to stand and work for 12-hour shifts
-Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, or industrial environments
-Must pass a drug screen and background check
-No felony convictions within the past 10 years
-Must be flexible with overtime, rotating weekends, and holiday schedules
-Strong attendance and reliability required
-Previous food manufacturing, dairy processing, wastewater treatment, or industrial labor experience is a plus
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
