Job Description

Gem State Staffing is hiring a general laborer to work at a truss manufacturer plant in Filer. For this position you will be working outside assembling the wood pieces, building, and stacking trusses. 

Qualifications

· Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

· Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.

· Comply with company safety policies and regulations.

· Ability to repetitively bend, twist, crouch, and stoop for extended periods.

· Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

· Truss manufacturing experience is a HUGE plus.

· Ability to lift 80+ pounds unassisted.

· Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background screenings.

· Ability to take direction from supervisory staff
