Job Description and Requirements
CPR is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Technician/Therapy Aide to join our fast-paced, friendly outpatient physical therapy clinic. This position works closely with our Physical Therapists (PTs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and front office team to provide an exceptional patient experience while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinic environment. This position is ideal for recent graduates, students pursuing careers in physical therapy or healthcare, or individuals seeking hands-on clinical experience before PT or PTA school.
Responsibilities
Assist PTs and PTAs with patient setup and treatment sessions
Monitor treatment timers and assist with patient flow.
Prepare, clean, and restock treatment rooms, gym equipment, and therapy supplies.
Maintain treatment equipment, electrodes, modalities, KT tape, dry needling carts, ice, water cups, and other clinic supplies.
Perform housekeeping duties including laundry, trash removal, cleaning bathrooms, lobby maintenance, and opening/closing tasks.
Crosstrain and assist with patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, collecting payments, answering phones, and taking messages.
Complete daily assigned tasks and provide support wherever needed.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to help others.
Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
Team player who enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment.
Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
