Job Description and Requirements
This position is a great opportunity for students or individuals interested in hospitality, accounting, business operations, or hotel management to gain hands-on experience in luxury hotel operations.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours while maintaining a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented environment.
Assist guests with check-in, checkout, reservations, guest requests, and general hotel information.
Audit and reconcile daily financial transactions, cashier work, guest accounts, and operational reports.
Prepare and distribute required daily, weekly, and monthly reports in accordance with hotel standards.
Process and reconcile credit card transactions and financial reporting accurately and efficiently.
Monitor overnight hotel operations and communicate any operational concerns or unusual activity to leadership.
Maintain accuracy of guest billing, room charges, payment processing, and city ledger transactions.
Utilize hotel systems and accounting software to input, organize, and update operational and financial information.
Support Front Office operations and additional guest service responsibilities as operational needs require.
Maintain confidentiality of guest, financial, and operational information at all times.
Work collaboratively with hotel departments to support overall operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
Previous hospitality, customer service, front desk, retail, or accounting experience is a plus but not required.
Interest in hospitality, hotel operations, accounting, or business administration preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel systems required.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.
Flexible schedule including overnight, weekend, and holiday availability as needed.
Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
