Job Description

Successful individuals will be self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced, high stress environment.

Position will require the individual to:

Prepare food items required for daily service.
Assist in sanitary control of all food product preparation, storage, cooking, recycling.
Assist in receiving, storing and inventory of all products.
Follow daily mise en place checklist.
Assist with banquet set-up, service, and breakdown.
Carefully follow standard recipes and practices.

Qualifications

We will teach and train as long as the candidate is willing and open to learning new skills in a professional setting. Experience in fine-dining and banquet preparation a plus but not mandatory.

Must be able to communicate effectively, learn quickly, and be safe.
