Job Description

Gem State Staffing is seeking a B2B Sales Representative for our Twin Falls office. Gem State Staffing is a locally owned and operated staffing company that specializes in ‘blue collar’ labor and other industries common to Idaho. This is a full-time position within our organization.

Our sales people play a key role in developing new relationships with future, past and existing client companies. Sales Reps will follow-up on prospective customer-initiated leads, generate their own leads, set appointments, attend sales meetings/presentations and close new accounts.

In addition to the sales and marketing responsibilities, our sales rep. also provide general office support as needed. General office support means sometimes conducting interviews, processing payroll, answering phones, recruiting and more.

Position consists of but not limited to: customer service to contractors and walk-in customers; telephone sales support including answering customer questions, taking orders, giving directions, call routing and message taking.

Sales support duties include preparation of sales orders, data entry of orders, updating displays and stocking literature, reordering and stocking showroom products.

Qualifications

-Very outgoing, upbeat personality
-Have good written and verbal communication skills
-Intermediate to Expert level experience with common office software
-B2B Sales experience is a must
-Solid time management skills with good organizational skills as well
-Ability to perform multiple tasks at a high level of efficiency
