Gem State Staffing is hiring a skilled Water Softener Technician in Twin Falls, ID! This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity for someone with experience in plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment installation. Ideal for candidates looking for a long-term position in the residential and commercial water treatment industry.

Job Responsibilities:

-Install, maintain, and service water softener systems
-Perform plumbing and light electrical work
-Troubleshoot water system issues and perform diagnostics
-Ensure efficient and timely job completion
-Safely operate and drive company service vehicles
-Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times

Qualifications

-Plumbing and/or electrical experience required
-High attention to detail and ability to work independently
-Professional demeanor and clean-cut appearance
-Must wear clean work-appropriate clothing
-Valid driver’s license and clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
-Must submit a resume and complete an in-person interview
-Able to pass pre-employment screening and background checks
