PURPOSE OF ROLE

Working on our Customers Sites in Twin Falls, Jerome and Gooding area. Your main role is to Validate washes and operational protocols. This job is a Summer Work Placement.



ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Validation of operational protocols to include:
Plant CIP (Clean-in Place) Protocols
Interrogation of Plant Plc (Scada) systems
Physical checking of Process
Comparing with Protocol compliance
Conduct chemical titration checks
Compile and document data for incorporation into Audit Reports
Troubleshooting problems and compiling audit reports on behalf of our clients
Solve routine problems and develop solutions in more unusual situations with direction from line manager.
Work as part of a remote team consisting of engineers / sales and science experts.
Write reports and prepare documentation.
Interface with customers and suppliers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Full Training and all necessary Supervision will be provided.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum qualification at Degree level in Engineering, Sustainability, Science or related fields, desirable.
Previous experience working in a Manufacturing site , distinct advantage.
Ability to demonstrate sound technical knowledge of the regulatory landscape would be preferable.
Strong IT Skills, with working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint and Company databases.
Full clean driving license essential
