Job Description

Perform Oil Changes: Safely and efficiently drain and replace engine oil (or use oil extractor) and filters on various vehicles.
Conduct Vehicle Inspections: Perform multi-point visual inspections of vehicles, checking fluid levels (coolant, power steering, washer fluid), belts, hoses, and lights.
Replace Filters: Identify and replace air and cabin filters to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
Tire Rotations: Perform tire rotations to extend tire life and promote even wear.
Communicate with the Team: Clearly communicate your findings to the Head Lube Technician and service writers to ensure every customer gets the best possible service.
Maintain the Shop: Help keep the service bay and work area clean, safe, and organized. 

Qualifications

Attitude: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn.
Team Player: The ability to work closely and effectively with other team members.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to following procedures and performing inspections accurately.
Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with a commitment to showing up and being ready to work.
Experience: No prior experience is required. We will train the right person!
