Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
Accurately complete applicable paperwork for orders
Perform work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to safety guidelines
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, and ship)
Operate a variety of equipment, such as forklifts, shears, press brakes, torches, band saws, rebar benders, iron workers, overhead cranes, and various hand tools
Actively participate in safety meetings, assist in training new employees, and support other departments as necessary
Demonstrate commitment by being present and working all assigned hours
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, optimizing space utilization
Complete daily inventory logs
Report any discrepancies to supervisors
Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

Qualifications

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
Capability to push and pull up to 80 pounds
Proficiency in gripping, squatting, bending, climbing, standing, walking, reaching, transferring, stacking, and loading steel products
Ability to work in varying weather conditions with moderate levels of noise

Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License
Strong customer service skills
Ability to perform math calculations
Good work ethic with a high level of honesty and integrity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Be able to pass a background check
