Job Description
The Social Media / Marketing Assistant role, you'll leverage social media marketing and be responsible for developing and implementing our strategy across social media platforms, with the goal of expanding customer engagement, building brand awareness, and supporting company objectives.
You will collaborate with other team members and provide support to a wide range of small business marketing from a variety of industries.
Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms.
Analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into our social media strategy.
Monitor and report on competitors' social media activity and adjust our strategy accordingly.
Adhere to a consistent brand voice and maintain company brand standards in all product support materials and communications.
Qualifications
Passion for marketing and a willingness to learn.
Familiarity with social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
Reliable & trustworthy.
Some social media marketing experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
