Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Event Manager with an exceptional work ethic to lead our operations confidently. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our mobile laser tag events, ensuring excellent customer service, and delivering a fun, engaging experience for our clients. Please note that this position is not steady; hours will vary based on event bookings, so flexibility is key.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute laser tag events, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, positive demeanor.
Arrive on-site on time and fully prepared for events.
Set up and maintain equipment, ensuring safety and functionality.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations, making adjustments as necessary to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with team members to create an enjoyable atmosphere for all participants.
Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, based on event bookings.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in event management, customer service, or related roles.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Availability to work variable hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Applicant must have a valid drivers license.
Applicant must have a vehicle that is capable of towing a 6x12 cargo trailer.
Applicant must be proficient in backing up a trailer. Sometimes we have to park our trailer in difficult areas and the applicant must be able to comfortably park the trailer.
Applicant must have good communication skills.
Applicant must be able to lift boxes that are 35 pounds.
Applicant must be willing and able to learn our laser tag equipment and computer software in order to operate events.
