Job Description

Gem State Staffing is currently recruiting and accepting applications for experienced Class B drivers to work locally driving a bus. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible to safely transport passengers to their destination. You are responsible for following a schedule, maintaining the bus, and ensuring passenger safety. 

Qualifications

-Previous experience as a bus driver or in related driving roles such as van driver, shuttle driving, or delivery driver is preferred.
-Ability to communicate effectively in English with passengers and team members.
-Experience in school bus driving or limousine services is advantageous but not mandatory.
-Availability to work split shift and have a flexible schedule
-Valid Class A or B license and current Medical Card.
-Must have clean driving record with no major accidents or DUI's in the past 5 years.
-Driving Experience is preferred but willing to train.
-Must comply with company safety policies and regulations.
-Must pass pre-employment drug screen & background check.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
-Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
-Have excellent customer service skills.
-Ability to see, hear, write and speak clearly.
-Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
