Job Description

Potato storage practices
Field studies
Disease and sprout management strategies
Quality maintenance of potatoes
Following pre-established procedures or protocols
Collecting and reviewing scientific data
Keeping complete and accurate records
Working in a team environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Plant Science, Agriculture, Crop Science, or similar field
Agricultural experience
Willingness to travel within Southern Idaho and neighboring regions
Possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must be able to lift, carry and/or otherwise move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
