Elias Construction is currently seeking a full-time Field or Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Managers and Superintendents throughout all construction phases. Our Engineers provide support in the following capacities:

-Facilitate communication between field staff, operations, stakeholders, and the design team.
-Manage the flow of job information and maintain up-to-date plans and supporting documentation.
-Ownership of all project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, etc., from identification to closeout.
-Ownership of project meeting agendas, minutes, and distribution.
-Assist in defining, managing, and coordinating the scope of work and buyout for subcontractors and vendors.
-Assist in the creation and management of ROMs, change orders, and budgets.
-Assist in the creation and management of project schedules.
-Assist in soliciting bids and preparing proposals for new projects and clients.
-Seek out project opportunities through various marketing strategies.
-Develop and grow relationships among subcontractors, suppliers, stakeholders, and designers.

Qualifications

Requirements and Special Skills:

-0-2 years construction experience and general understanding of the construction management process.
-Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
-Planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and management skills.
-Proficient in using and learning computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, ProjectSight, BlueBeam, and FastTrack.
