Job Description
As a full-time Pastry Cook, you will take pride in providing top-of-the-line bread, desserts, and pastries at Sun Valley's Konditorei Restaurant at the Sun Valley Village.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare all desserts and baked goods from start to finish using established hotel recipes.
Ensure cleanliness and proper function of all kitchen/ bakery appliances and equipment used to prepare dishes.
Participate in the development of the department budget.
Ensure adequate supplies of all raw materials needed to prepare baked goods and dessert items.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2-3 Experience in a pastry kitchen.
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
While performing the duties of this job's responsibilities, the employee is regularly required to walk, use hands, feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear.
Must safely move objects up to approximately 45 pounds about the workplace.
