Job Description

Gem State Staffing is seeking to fill a full-time, temp-to-hire Parking Lot Sweeper and Striping position. Candidate will be responsible for helping striping the parking lots, mark out parking stalls, ADA spots, and fire lanes. Operate/maintain striping equipment (gas powered blower & sweeper) for striping on parking lots, line painting, parking lot signage (stop, exit, entrance, etc.). No experience required, will be trained!

Qualifications

-Must have valid driver's license.
-Ability to perform the job accurately, independently, and in a timely manner.
-Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record (no DUI's).
-Have a good sense of direction.
-Comply with company safety policies and regulations.
-Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
-Reliable transportation to and from work.
-Flexibility to work early mornings and some evening, weekends and potentially holidays.
