Job Description

Enforce club rules and policies at all times in a friendly and professional manner. Supervise swimmers and families on the grounds, provide water safety advice when needed. Maintain lake equipment and monitor safe and appropriate use. Control and correct inappropriate behavior when needed. Document accident and incident reports with supervisor on duty. 

Qualifications

Lifeguard certification a plus. The club will reimburse for certification if the candidate works the entire season.

The individual must work well in groups and be responsible, punctual, dependable, and professional.

A successful candidate will be a team player, willing to do what is asked, and stay on task.

Use of club facilities for the employee; golf and Bass Lake, based on department head or general manager approval.

Employees scheduled a minimum of 4 hours will be eligible for an employee meal.
