Responsibilities: 

Complete all required safety training, work safely in various environments (including uneven terrain and confined spaces), and respond to potential hazards to prevent accidents.

Manage semiconductor tools, conduct technical evaluations, and work with cross‑functional teams to optimize wafer fabrication processes.

Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance workstations, troubleshoot complex issues, and analyze data to support process improvements.

Set up and monitor processing tools, guide operators, and perform tasks in both office-based workstations and cleanroom Fab environments to support R&D and production activities.

Communicate clearly in writing and speech, manage time effectively, and follow procedures with minimal supervision.

Use Microsoft Office tools and manage up to 25 online manufacturing systems to complete tasks and analyze data in an office-based setting.

Conduct technical experiments in wafer fabrication, process test runs, and prepare data visualizations (charts, graphs, records) to identify yield and process issues.

Aptitude for leveraging AI with the Micron approved resources to identify efficiency gains related to safety, quality, and or tactical work
