Job Description and Requirements

Job Description:

  • Help HVAC Journeymen install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems
  • Help perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Help diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R system issues
  • Help repair or replace defective components in HVAC/R systems
  • Test HVAC/R systems to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Follow safety procedures and regulations while working on HVAC/R systems
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
  • Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and their components
  • Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC/R system issues
  • Experience with equipment repair
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

    Note: This job may require driving a van for service calls.
