Job Description
Agriculture, Farm, and Heavy Equipment repairs. Fabricating/Welding various projects for customers.
Operating Plasma Table, cutting and cleaning material.
Following OSHA Safety Protocols.
Welding metal parts together both using gas or brazing and any combination of arc welding.
Perform related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding.
Repair broken and/or crack parts, fill holes and increase size of metal parts.
Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding.
Clean up after job is completed.
Always complete inspection of work site before beginning work.
Run small equipment when necessary.
Work independently without being told.
Takes proper care of tools and equipment.
Performs scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
Makes minor repairs on equipment and components.
Works well both independently and in a team environment.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Prefer you have your own basic tools.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Onsite Interview and Weld Test Required.
Operate a cutting torch
Identify metal
Weld various metals (steel, aluminum, etc.)
Brazes
Read Blueprints
Weld in all conditions
Know and understand heat limits
