Job Description

MVBA is currently seeking to hire a part-time 1099 employee and/or a paid intern for seasonal assistance to our full time EO. Work season would begin in February and terminate approximately at the end of October. June and October would be peak months of hours needed.

Weekly hours would be between 5-10 hours except for June and October when the Magic Valley and Mini Cassia parades take place. Pay would be dependent upon experience but not less than $15 per hour.

Applicants must be willing and able to work between Twin Falls and Burley. Must have their own transportation and mileage compensation will be discussed. Applicants will need to attend occasional board and committee meetings and directly serve as an assistant to a couple of committees. Applicants would need to be outgoing and enjoy social interaction and networking events.

Work hours can be flexible and from the applicant's location of choice. Must be able to work June 10-16h on call, as well as June 21-23 and October 7-13.

Qualifications

Applicant must have experience in the following areas:
All aspects of social and digital media
Canva (or be willing to be trained in Canva)
Google Drive documents
General Office skills
