Job Description:

Gem State Staffing is currently recruiting and accepting applications for experienced Class B drivers to work locally driving a bus for the area in Gooding. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destination. You are responsible for following a schedule, maintaining the bus, and ensuring passenger safety.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bus driver or in related driving roles such as van driver, shuttle driver, or delivery driver is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with passengers and team members.
• Experience in school bus driving or limousine services is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Availability to work split shifts and have a flexible schedule
• Valid Class A or B license and current Medical Card.
• Must have a clean driving record with no major accidents or DUIs in the past 5 years.
• Driving Experience is preferred but willing to train.
• Must comply with company safety policies and regulations.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen & background check.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to see, hear, write, and speak clearly.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
