Job Description and Requirements

Lease End is a fast-growing fintech company that helps drivers complete their vehicle lease buyout entirely online. We partner with banks to provide financing and make the end-of-lease process simple and transparent. We hire competitive, driven individuals for sales and customer-facing roles, and our team is a great fit for students interested in business, sales, and finance careers.

If you’re a team player who wants to make a big impact, this Sales Advisor role at Lease End is for you. You will receive inbound phone calls from drivers who are ending their lease. Your job is to build trust over the phone and convert the driver into an opportunity for the company. We do this by gathering basic vehicle information, getting their vehicle payoff amount, and filling out a credit application. Once the application is submitted, your job is done and you will get paid regardless of whether they choose to use Lease End's services.

Qualifications

Experience or background in sales, business, finance, or phone-based customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Coachable and eager to develop professionally
