Job Description and Requirements
Gem State Staffing is now hiring Tire Technicians for a full-time position in Jerome, Idaho. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start or grow a career in the automotive and tire service industry. No experience required—we are willing to train the right candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Job Responsibilities:

- Mounting, balancing, repairing, and replacing tires
- Assisting with roadside and service truck tire calls (as assigned)
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following all company safety policies and procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a team
- Providing dependable, punctual attendance
- Operate tire machinery to assemble and build tire components
- Load, unload, and position materials for tire production
- Perform quality checks to ensure tires meet production specifications
- Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as assigned
- Exposure to noise, machinery, and industrial materials
Qualifications
Requirements:
Ability to:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well with a team
- Ability to work long hours as needed
Ability to:
- Stand, bend, twist, crouch, and stoop repeatedly
- Lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
