Job Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Approximately - depends on school site) in Jerome. In Hansen - schedule is Monday thru Thursday (Fridays off). Hours could be 10am - 4pm approximately.

Job Description and Requirements
Be a caring adult who’s focused on helping students thrive
Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule to ensure students receive support
Conduct 20-minute tutoring sessions in pairs for Kinder thru 3rd grade throughout the day.
Track student progress and meet regularly with the school’s on-site coach
Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores into data software
Commit to your own growth through coaching and training
3-week training program and then you are placed with students. Lots of support!
School schedule, daytime hours, weekends and holidays/school breaks & summers off.
Choose a 26-hour work week or 32 hours per week.
Positions available in Jerome & Hansen @ elementary school sites.

Qualifications
Dependable and have a history of good attendance
Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback
Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
Able to successfully complete a background check
