Job Description and Requirements
We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven professional to support business development, marketing, and recruiting operations across the Twin Falls, Jerome, and Burley markets. This hybrid role combines outside sales, community outreach, and staffing responsibilities, and is ideal for someone who is organized, self-directed, and comfortable balancing both client development and recruiting efforts.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant experience in sales, staffing, recruiting, or customer service required
- 1+ year management preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and adapt to different audiences
- Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage priorities and follow through on tasks
- Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and basic math skills for bill rates, markups, and reporting
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, but not required)
