Job Description and Requirements

Work directly with financial advisors to:

Onboard new clients and maintain accurate records

Handle death claims with professionalism and discretion

Schedule and confirm client appointments

Ensure daily administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner

Track and coordinate Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs)

Process account updates and money transfers efficiently and securely

Support general office organization and upkeep

Serve as the first point of contact for routine client questions and service needs

Support compliance and audit preparation requirements


Training will be provided and additional responsibilities and opportunities for growth will be introduced over time as familiarity with office operations increases.

Qualifications

Proficiency with computers, office software, and technology systems

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Dependable work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Professional demeanor and willingness to learn new processes
