Job Description and Requirements
Use of project management methodology to work on projects.
Follows instructions with rigor and discipline.
Meticulous recordkeeping to document all aspects of project work.
Prepares presentations and reports to communicate results.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Required: At least 1 year of coursework toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, engineering, business, or another closely related field.
Experience solving problems, analyzing information, highlighting relevant information, and suggesting appropriate actions.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, to meet defined deadlines and goals on time.
Highly self-motivated individual comfortable working individually and able to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently within the context of a fast-paced, busy environment.
Ability to demonstrate excellent skills in MS Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to write reports and prepare/deliver presentations.
Strong skills in organization, prioritization, and time management.
Creative, self-starter who enjoys building systems from the ground up.
Ability to establish good relations with all levels of employees.
