Job Description and Requirements

We are seeking a motivated part-time digital marketing assistant to help grow our online presence, engage customers, and support marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, eager to learn, and passionate about social media and digital content.
Create and schedule posts for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Assist in developing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) showcasing fabrication work, shop processes, customer projects and behind-the-scenes content.
Respond to comments and messages on social platforms with professionalism and timely follow-ups.
Help update blog posts and service descriptions on the company website.
Research keywords and assist with basic search engine optimization (SEO) tasks to improve visibility.
Design simple visuals for posts, banners, and promotions using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
Write clear, engaging captions and marketing copy.
Track performance across platforms (followers, engagement, traffic trends).
Prepare weekly summaries on what content is working and suggest improvements.
Help plan and execute email newsletters and online promotions.
Support seasonal campaigns, new service launches, or event promotions.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in college (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related major preferred).
Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends.
Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Writing and communication skills.
Organized, deadline-oriented, eager to learn.
Interest in B2B marketing or manufacturing/industrial companies is a plus.
