Job Description and Requirements
Personnel Plus, Inc. is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized individual to join our Jerome office as a Bilingual Receptionist and Placement/Marketing Specialist. This full-time, in-person role is a key part of our staffing operations.
As the first point of contact for applicants and client companies, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting daily office operations. In addition to receptionist duties, you will actively engage in marketing our services, performing outreach, and assisting with placing individuals at partner companies. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where confidentiality, courtesy, and communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a multi-line phone system; provide information and route calls appropriately
• Greet and assist visitors, applicants, and guests in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
• Sort, distribute, and manage incoming/outgoing mail
• Perform data entry and electronic file management
• Assist with recruiting and enrolling new and existing applicants
• Interview and screen candidates, and fill customer job orders with qualified candidates
• Proactively market Personnel Plus services, build relationships, and engage in outreach to grow client base
• Update and maintain job postings, social media, and online recruiting platforms
• Support client communication, follow-up, and business development activities
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of general office procedures
• Strong data entry accuracy and speed
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in customer service or a similar office role (preferred)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
